The personal data we process and what we do with it

We record electronically and use the following categories of personal data which may include: name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses. We will not use this information for marketing purposes but only for the booking of, reminders for and the processing of sessions of chiropractic care.

We record and use special data on your medical history, diagnosis, health and chiropractic treatment in order to perform that treatment. This information is stored on paper only.

Sharing your personal data

We only share your personal data with your explicit consent.

Where third parties are used by us to store your personal data, we ensure that they are compliant with the data protection and any such data is not stored outside of the EU.

Retaining your personal data

Whilst you are a client of us we will continue to store and use your personal data. We will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 12 years from the year of your last treatment or until your 26th birthday, whichever is the longer.

Your rights

As we process your data you have certain rights. These are: a right of access, a right of rectification, a right of erasure and a right to restrict processing.
